- Maylee has a 7 day exchange policy from the day of purchase.
- Items will only be accepted for exchange if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase. (I.e: have not been worn and have all tags attached), a valid receipt will also need to be presented.
- If you have purchased an item from our showroom, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment for exchange
- If you have purchased an item from our online store, please email email@example.com to arrange exchange. Please note the courier fee will be for your account.
Shipping for online orders:
- Shipping is currently only available in SA
- Shipping cost is payable by the customer
